The Aleph Zadik Aleph (AZA) and the B'nai B'rith Girls (BBG) are the respective boys and girls organizations encompassed under the B'nai B'rith Youth Organization (BBYO) in 2002, BBYO broke away from B'nai B'rith and became a legally independent organization, while still maintaining the values and goals instilled into it by B'nai B'rith. BBYO is proud to say it is the worlds largest pluralistic jewish youth group, currently serving over 10,000 Jewish teens globally, in countries such as UK, France, Bulgaria, Israel, and Thailand.

BBYO's motto is "More Jewish Teens, More Meaningful Jewish Experiences." This quote is the driving force behind every chapter in the International Order, every one of which strives to expand the unique opportunity for Brotherhood/Sisterhood, leadership training, community service, international travel and immersion programs, and lasting memories to every jewish teen globally. Unlike other jewish youth groups such as NFTY, and USY, BBYO accepts all sects of Judaism, from Orthodox to Reconstructionist, and all programs and chapters are planned and run by the youth, with moderate adult oversight.

The AZA, specifically, runs on motives for expanding a sense of brotherhood, friendship, and life-lasting friendships, while training the leaders of tomorrow.
